Thalia guides participants each week to engage with qi as a living current within the body. Working with this natural energy system to regulate participants’ state of being, restore balance and centred awareness.
Practice sessions are 45 minutes outdoors in Queenscliff, Northern Beaches. Each class is easy to follow and suitable for beginners through to advanced. It begins with breathwork and conditioning and refining forms, then moves into parts or full sequences of flows such as the Five Elements, Waking The Qi and 12 Rivers, which work with our 12 organ meridians. Other forms we may touch on are Between Heaven and Earth, all from Long White Cloud, Small Universe Qigong.
