Qigong is considered a movement meditation; expect a mix of static, passive and active movements and breathwork designed to release endorphins, boost serotonin, and regulate cortisol, restoring our sense of mental and emotional harmony. Great for a pre-lunch session, to allow stress to dissipate, and return to our natural state and digest our lunch.
