Wild Animal Play Qi Gong is a participatory movement experience drawing on Wild Animal characteristics and energy, a practice within Long White Cloud Qi Gong. Through the archetypal movements of the Tiger, Snake, Crane, Leopard and Dragon, participants are invited to explore instinct, stillness, agility, strength and fluidity in dialogue with the architecture and landscape of MPavilion.
